Wow, where do I start? Absolutely everything about this villa is spectacular. The initial booking process was seamless and Kimberly patiently answered my numerous questions. Payment was easy to make and we received directions, key codes etc beforehand.

The villa itself is spotlessly clean, the cleaning team do a fantastic job. The kitchen was more than fully equipped, the downstairs wet room was really aesthetically pleasing, the sofa was extremely comfortable too. Upstairs the level of cleanliness continued, everything is provided from bed linen, pool towels, bathroom towels, hair dryer and straighteners, ironing board, iron and even a clothes airer. The statement piece of the villa is without a doubt the outside space. The pool is beautiful and of a good size. The bbq and outside table is where we spent most of our time, the view from there is just out of this world. The garden is very well kept and was tended to whilst we were there as well as the pool cleaned early one morning. Julie was so helpful and kind and you have her number incase you need anything.

I am so pleased we found this villa, it is just amazing, so amazing that we are currently trying to work out dates to return next year.

Wir waren in der Villa Demetrius sofort im Entspannungszustand. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, eingebettet in einen wunderschönem Garten mit einer spektakulären Aussicht, zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit. Die Betten sind so bequem das wir jede Nacht wunderbar geschlafen haben. Hier findet man ein Ferienhaus vor, in dem es an nichts fehlt, im Gegenteil es ist mehr vorhanden ,als anderswo. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Vielen Dank an das tolle Housekeeping Team, das nach einer Woche Handtücher und Bettwäsche wechselte und die Bäder gereinigt hat. We were immediately in a relaxed state at Villa Demetrius. Our expectations were far exceeded. The house is in a quiet area, nestled in a beautiful garden with spectacular views, at all times of the day and night. The beds are so comfortable that we slept wonderfully every night. Here you will find a holiday home that lacks nothing, on the contrary it has more to offer than elsewhere. The house was very clean. Many thanks to the great housekeeping team, who changed towels and bed linen after a week and cleaned the bathrooms. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Frank and Sigrid

We stayed here late Oct 22. Demetrius Villa is a lovely place, spacious, well maintained and very well equipped. The views across the sea and mountains are wonderful, in fact, most mornings we'd sit on the balcony with a cup of tea to watch the sun rise. The pool and gardens are great, and I was pleased that the situation of the villa is in a very quiet location. The weather was perfect, 25C and no clouds for 8 days! My only regret is not staying for longer :-)

This is a very spacious , modern and very well kept villa it’s is very comfortable and has everything that you could possibly need the garden and pool are fantastic and are spotless the BBQ area was brilliant and we used it several times
We had a fantastic stay at this villa the owners could not do enough to be more accommodating thank you to Kimberley & David for a brilliant stay I would highly recommend a stay at villa Demetrius we had two small children with us and they were completely safe in the garden and around the villa and can I also say the the staff that clean do a fantastic job the villa was immaculate thank you for a great holiday 😻

This villa is beautiful. It is modern and furnished to a very high standard with comfy beds. Everything that you would need is provided and it was spotlessly clean. The approach road is steep and winding and we did lose our way a bit on arrival but it was dark. However, it is well worth the climb as the views are spectacular from the beautifully landscaped gardens. We had one very minor plumbing issue that was sorted in less than 24 hours. It was a huge 👍from us all.

Wir waren Ende Sept./Anfang Okt. 2021 in der Villa Demetrius. Es gab ein tolles Willkommenspaket mit Getränken und Früchten.
Das Haus bietet alles man man benötigt. Es ist genug Geschirr vorhanden, ebenso Töpfe und Gläser, auch ist Geschirrspülmittel, Tabs für Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Matratzen im Doppelzimmer sind sensationell. So gut haben wir schon lange nicht mehr geschlafen. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb von Kalathos in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Pool wird jeden 2. Tag gereinigt bzw. kontrolliert. Die Gastgeber haben wir zwar nie persönlich kennengelernt, sie waren jedoch telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht. In ca. 5-7 min. ist man in Lindos (mit dem Auto). Auch sind andere Orte schnell erreichbar, wie Lardos, Kiatori etc. Das einzige was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau - sind Fliegengitter an Fenster und Balkontüren bzw. Terrassentüren und es gibt keine Griffe außen an den Balkon- u. Terrassentüren, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Alles in Allem kann man Villa Demetrius nur empfehlen.

We stayed at Villa Demetrius at the end of September / beginning of October 2021. There was a great welcome pack with drinks and fruits.
The house has everything you need. There are enough dishes, pots and glasses, dishwasher detergent, tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine. The mattresses in the double room are sensational. We haven't slept so well in a long time. The house is located a little above Kalathos in a very quiet area. You have a wonderful view of the sea. The pool is cleaned and checked every 2nd day. We never got to know the hosts personally, but they were always available by phone and very attentive. In about 5-7 minutes you are in Lindos (by car). Other places can also be reached quickly, such as Lardos, Kiatori, etc. The only thing I personally missed and this is whining at a high level - there were no mosquito screens on windows and balcony doors or patio doors (Mosquito screens have since been added in 2022) and there are no handles on the outside of the balcony and patio doors which takes some getting used to. All in all one can only recommend Villa Demetrius.

Villa Demetrius exceeded all expectations, we stayed 12 days in August and it was wonderful.
The villa is great, equipped with everything you need for your stay and more (kitchen full equipped, fast WiFi, air conditioning).
The pool and the patio are incredible, the neighborhood very quiet and the privacy is guaranteed.
The position of the villa is great, you have incredible beaches 10/15 minutes away and the beautiful village of Lindos nearby.
The owners and the local manager Julie are really nice and thoughtful.
We definitely will return in the future, it was magical!

We have holidayed in Lindos many times, however, our first stay in Kalathos. We booked our holiday very last minute, due to the uncertainty around travelling abroad during the Pandemic. Thankfully, we came across Villa Demetrius and so glad we did! What a wonderful villa, David and Kimberley have covered everything here. A very clean and homely villa, very well maintained with everything you need. Could just literally throw clothes in a case and go! Set up in the hills, with beautiful views, very well kept gardens and relaxing pool area with BBQ. We couldn't have asked for more.

The drive into Lindos is roughly 5 minutes and the local supermarket just literally down the hill, is also a bonus. All in all a perfectly situated villa with very attentive owners. Not to mention Julie and Dave who maintain the villa and are on hand at all times should you need anything. Can honestly say we did not want to leave.

We cannot recommend this villa enough, so glad we came across Villa Demetrius and will definitely return in 2022.

Very clean holiday home with all the trimmings. A loving welcome with a fruit basket, prosecco and water bottles. Well thought-out house folder with all the information about your stay. Friendly reception of the manager with tips on shopping, taverns, etc. The bathroom, bedroom and kitchen facilities were almost perfect for a one-week vacation. There were enough towels available, an additional make-up mirror is appreciated at a certain age. The garden with a large pool is very nicely laid out, the view from the covered dining area outside is simply a dream, as well as from the balconies. Very well-kept property with pool maintenance three times during our stay. Plenty of seating and lounging options for a relaxed vacation. This holiday home is highly recommended!

Absolutely loved the views, And the location was fabulous as it felt very quiet, as a lot of villas in the area were close together. The outside including the pool and the bbq area was fantastic. The villa had everything you need for perfect break.

Wonderful family holiday. The setting is beautiful and the villa was very comfortable for 3 adults and 2 children. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and it’s a great location to everything we wanted to visit. Truly magic. Thank you!

Very very nice villa (even nicer as shown on the photos), perfectly equipped and maintained clean and extra cleaning service after one week fantastic view to the sea, situated in a calm area up on the hill wonderful garden and pool with high level of privacy very reliable British owner.

The villa had all the facilities we could think of. The location is quiet and beautiful! It’s located up on a hill, so You need a car to get there but the view is really nice. We loved the private pool and eating breakfast outside on the terrace.

Relaxing Break
The villa was extremely spacious for the two of us. Loved how quiet it was and all within a short drive of the beaches in the area. The BBQ was particularly good, especially when you could pick up fresh fish from the fishmongers in Lardos. Only actually left the villa a few times because the outside pool area was so nice to relax around.

Just returned from an 11 night stay at this amazing Villa and have to agree with all the previous comments as this Villa is well equipped with well stocked kitchen amenities, games, DVD’s pool toys, towels and the Wi-fi covers the whole villa and was very fast and reliable. Lovely and peaceful setting in a prime location with breathtaking views and an amazing pool and garden area. The owners have done an amazing job with the stylish updates to the Villa and i would definitely love to return for another amazing holiday at Demetrius in the future!

Lovely villa in a beautiful setting. The villa had everything you could need for a family holiday (excellently equipped kitchen, pool towels, pool inflatables etc.) The pool and BBQ areas were beautiful and clean. Very peaceful area with stunning views, but only a short drive to several beaches and Lindos.

We liked everything about this villa. It is situated in an exclusive and peaceful area with breath-taking views and only a stones through form Lindos with its sandy beaches and nightlife.

The villa is set magnificently on a hill above the sea - the view from the balconies and the pool area is simply stunning! The pool and outdoor dining area is big and is perfect for spending very relaxing days on the property. The house is nicely furnished and has got everything you need. The villa's location makes it an ideal starting point for excursions all around the island. All in all this is a place I can warmly recommend to spend your holidays at.

Had a fantastic time at the villa very well equipped with everthing you may need .. pool and outdoor space was amazing and so relaxing and the view was just the icing on the cake.

Perfect in everyway
This is just an amazing place to stay. Beautiful sunrises in the morning with breath-taking views of the bay & surroundings from the terrace and balconies. The villa is well secluded from the hustle & bustle, but just a few minutes’ walk into the heart of the village of Kalathos. On the other hand, picturesque Lindos is just a short 5 minute drive / taxi ride away with many nice shops, bars and restaurants. The Villa is lovely, has a pretty master bedroom, very comfy, clean and well equipped to a high standard. Definitely one to tell all our friends about!!!

Demetrius is fabulous we stayed there as our friends were getting married at St Paul’s chapel in Lindos bay which was an experience in itself. The Villa was a real plus though! It has beautiful views of the sea and mountains. In the garden there is a lovely pool and outside dining area. We made good use of the tranquil terrace quaffing our G&T’s while watching the sun set. To sum up it’s a fabulous location, clean, comfortable and very well equipped and we thought real value for our money.

Simply relax and enjoy! The Demetrius Villa is a real jewel in the crown of the Island of Rhodes. The location is gorgeous and it offered us the chance to simply relax with the kids in absolute privacy with spectacular views over the bay and the Aegean Sea. We hand the feeling of been able to relax and enjoy ourselves from the moment we arrive, opened the complementary bottle of wine, sat down on the sofa with the fruit bowl and looked through the house book as the owners Kim and David have thought of everything. Julie from Lindos Property Management called into to further welcome us and to see if we had settled in OK and showed us around, explain how everything worked. She also gave us some tips about the local area where to eat, what to see and do etc. The villa was so well equipped inside and out, if you can think of it you will find it at the villa and even more! The kids loved having the freedom of the garden to run around in as well as having a pool and BBQ but head out to the local beaches which are beautiful and the Jura Splash Park and Faliraki Water Parks are great fun. The village of Lindos and the acropolis are amazing and right on your doorstep, the donkey ride to the top is a great experience We are definitively coming back and I’m sure you will want to do the same Demetrius Villa is the perfect place to unwind! I was impressed by the facilities and the extent to which the hosts had thought about what you might need whilst staying in the villa and wouldn't neccessarily have brought with you or wanted to buy whilst you were there.

Highly recommend this villa! It's in a great spot (5 minute drive to Lindos village) super market just down the road. Gorgeous view over the bay. Really lovely and so comfortable. Gorgeous huge area outside to laze on the sofas or to sunbathe. Lovely deck level pool overlooking the bay. It was lovely and clean and we had wine, water and fruit on arrival (cleaners came in during our stay to change towels/linens etc.). Couldn’t fault a single thing about it. We loved our stay here and would return! Thanks for a lovely holiday in this place :) highly recommend it

We loved everything about Demetrius Villa. The pictures do it no justice as the reality is even more beautiful. My girlfriend and I stayed at the villa during the first 2 weeks of June it was such an amazing holiday. The villa itself is stunning and has the most wonderful views of the Aegean Sea and mountains from everywhere in the property. The sun rise and moon rises were spectacular and we were privileged to have a ring side seat! The owners have thought of everything inside and outside. In the landscaped garden is a lovely alfresco dining area and BBQ which we made full use of and then there was that view of the Aegean again while sitting at the table! Add to that the big swimming pool, I could go on. It’s also in the best location, offering you absolute privacy but also only a few minutes away from the village of Lindos which is dreamy! Julie and the Lindos Property Management team were amazing, they had stocked the fridge with food and drink before our arrival, we were met at the villa by them and nothing was too much to ask they ensured everything was fine and we knew how to work everything as well as make suggestions as to where to go for meals, grocery shopping etc. The only downside was having to leave at the end of what was for us a truly fabulous holiday.
